how quiet and peaceful it was.

It was a last minute booking that my mom had to make for me because my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay back in Burlington until Wednesday morning. The services that this hotel provides is excellent. I needed a ride from the airport to the hotel and they’ve provided me free Uber to get to the hotel to check in. The hotel is close by restaurants and stores that is walking distance. Their breakfast was very tasty and I was satisfied. They were very kind when I told them I needed an early shuttle back to the airport because of my early flight. I highly recommend this place to stay.

This was our second stay. It has quickly become our favorite hotel in LP. Close to everything, comfortable and affordable.

Awesome location. Surprisingly excellent fitness center. Only one elevator of three was working, which wasn’t ideal. Great overall, would definitely stay here again, hope they get the elevator sorted soon.

Lovely facilities with friendly, helpful staff in a great location. Breakfast spread is excellent as well.

The ability to stay only for the number of days desired on a holiday weekend is what led me to this hotel. Everything was great and suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Lake Placid with our dog. We had a room on the first floor with a sliding glass door that opened onto the expansive lawn at the front of the hotel, with a small patio with a couple of chairs and a table. The view of the mountains and over the town is spectacular. It was a perfect room for traveling with a dog, as our dog could go right outside to pee without us having to trek all the way through the building. We were able to feed him and give him water out there as well. There were other families with dogs in these types of rooms. So if you are traveling with a dog, try to get a balcony room and ask to be on the first floor. It is convenient and the view is fantastic.
