"Room was clean and comfortable. I think the hooks for towels were designed poorly. They were just small circle rods, and nothing stayed on them. Everything wound up on the floor . And the closet was is the same cabinet as the snacks were kept. Was not good for hanging king coats. Poorly designed, but was a comfortable stay."

"We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."

"Hotel was great. Clean and quiet and in a great location. Friendly staff. Starbucks in the lobby was a very nice treat. My only issue and a small one at that was that the heat/ac unit was a little drafty. It didn’t really impact my stay at all thankfully, and the desk staff said they would address it. "

"The rooms were good. The swimming pool was nicely heated but had limited hours. It used t on have a bar and cafe which served food and drinks. But now it’s just a few vending machines. Breakfast was limited. "

"The Baymont has become my go to for flying into the lower Hudson Valley. The property is 20 minutes or so from HPN and 35 minutes into the city. The hotel has been mostly updated and the pressure from the shower head was worth the price of admission! My only knock would be that the cleaning staff can get loud in the morning. "

"Saskia at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me get a car and a good deal to JFK and spent a lot of time helping me with this. I was really appreciative of this and she should be commended. She was really friendly and welcoming. Very needed after a stressful week of travels!! "
