"Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground."

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Wow what can i say before i boooed this propery i contacted them they told me lies i wanted balcony with the river veiw but in person they daid its a totally different building i went there to propse to my wife the heaters snd underfloor heating was not working the matinence persoj come many times and the lady at reecption said this same thing hapoend with the heating last week paying so much for a hotel ruined my whole experience and they not even sorry for it very bad service and fake pictures...
