"This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"Stayed there for 6 days with my family. It is in a great location that is safe and quiet. It is about 4 minutes walking distance from Okachimachi Station. The museum district is about 5 minutes away via train...Okachimachi to Ueno Station. There were also lots of dining options close by. "

"We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. "As the name suggests, they turn an apartment into a hotel. It's a very high-end apartment at that. So you have all the privacy and independency to yourself. It's very new as well when we stay during 2024 December. "

Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. It would have been great if Oakwood could have offered flexibility without quoting me a full night charge to access my room early. I...
