"The hotel rooms were very nice and comfy! I love the little things they leave in your room. Also, very friendly service. Josephine brought me the freshest most delicious mangoes everyday from the menu. Lots of great food options like the cordon bleu!"

"The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue."
