"Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast."

"Best to stay in rooms with city or port view. We stayed an extra night in standard mountain facing rooms. These are smaller and the beds had holes that sinked in due to broken mattress springs! The spa facilities were great! "

I felt so much at home at Los Cauquenes Resort Spa, the staff very professional and management was excellent. I apologize for not having more pesos and cash on hand for the staff.
