It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. "The history of this beautiful property is honored and maintained while also being modern and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy and our room was historic with the most refreshing modern rain shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. "A great choice of hotel for exploring Segovia. It’s right next to the Roman aqueduct, and you can walk up into the city to see the other attractions. If you arrive at Guiomar station then the local 11 bus drops you off across the road from the hotel. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious. I was happy with my choice. Very good local restaurant just along the road. "

"Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."

"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...

"We had a nice stay for one night and breakfast was nice. Our hostess was very good. The only problem was the area nothing open to get a meal. Very quiet area with not much to do, okay just for overnight. Make sure you have food with you if arriving in the evening especially September."
