"A solid choice of hotel right in front of the Aqueduct on the edge of the old town, making it easy to find and easy to get to by car/taxi. Like many Spanish hotels of this era it may feel a tad tired compared to newer builds or bigger chains, and in theory could perhaps do with updating, but in reality is clean and convenient so there’s not much it would gain by chucking money at replacing 1960s tiles floors with 2020s ones tbh. Used by many coach tours The front desk staff are great - really helped us out during the Great Power Cut of 2025!"

"This hotel is on Segovia's main plaza, looking out directly onto the Cathedral. You can walk to the amazing Alcazar (castle) in 5 minutes in one direction, and via the main shopping/restaurant street to the spectacular Roman aqueduct in 10 minutes in the other direction. Very warmly recommended as a base for exploring this fascinating city."

"We hadn’t been to Segovia since ’91. What a surprise to find out how much we missed on our first visit. This hotel was lovely, and in a perfect location. It was a very short, and scenic walk to the Alcázar and the Aqueduct. They are on opposite ends of this marvelous town. Our room had a corner location, providing a view over beautiful countryside below; storks nesting on the roof, and abundant bird life below. Breakfast was buffet style with ample room and a broad selection of hot and cold items, both sweet and savory. Eggs could be ordered in your specific style if you wanted them. Otherwise, scrambled eggs were on the buffet. Lovely, helpful, staff at the front desk. Altogether a pleasant experience."

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."

"This is a delightful hotel In the walled city of Segovia. This is a hotel that had been used in the last century by the best and most famous actors. The hotel has been upgraded and redone and is fabulous. The breakfast was amazing. This was the favorite hotel of our group. "
