Customer service was terrible at Kuzey park (games area) When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations. Wifi didnt work in rooms. Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card. Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra. There are nothing around the resort to do. Food was mediocre. Facility/rooms and garden is well kept, Restaurant staff was friendly.

I love this resort. The staff are amazing and rooms and beautiful. Beach is clean and the food is amazing. I hope to be back again :)!

This was a lovely little hotel right on the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The staff was very helpful! We were very blessed to be able to stay here.

Overnight stop. Well situated before Turkey / Greece border behind petrol station. New building and rooms. Very clean, great bed. Friendly staff. Restaurant next door serves traditional Turkish fare, all fresh cooked, and basic Turkish breakfast. Motel is sold as non-smoking, but there is always one. Management need to tightenup. Standing smoking at an open window, not acceptable as smoke blows in. Sensitive cigarette smoke detectors should be fitted in rooms and public areas.

I loved my stay at this hotel - the room was very comfortable with great facilities and a mini fridge (handy). I especially appreciate the customer service skills and patience of the hotel and restaurant staff, Yasmin, Hazal and Abdullah were extremely helpful! Abdullah went above and beyond to sit down and chat to me about life in Turkey. I’d love to stay here again!
