"Husband and wife on a short two personal trip. The reception was exceptionally professional. The room was very clean with a well maintained boothroom and bed. The mattress was too soft for us. Everything worked as advertised. Hot water and rain shower all times of the day. They provide freshly laundered pool towels though the pool is a bit neglected. "For most part. Their buffet doesn't always mention ingredients of their dishes and their dining staff are not educated about the ingredients. My daughter a allergic reaction to a dish which had nuts which she is allergic to! We asked the server who said it’s nut free and she checked with souz chef who also said it was nut free. "A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met."
