Clean, quiet, family friendly. Perfect location for those looking to stay just on the edge of town and off main or shore street crowds. But still a short walk from anything and everything - even Perkins Cove! However, if kids or older adults, a trolly or golf cart might be a better option for the hike to Perkins. Resort had everything we needed and then some. Could stand some minor updates and a full list of everything included with stay (we didn’t know bikes were available to us until check out), but those are very small complaints. We loved our stay, hated having to leave and can’t wait to return!

This was a very convenient place to stay while visiting Portsmouth. There was some traffic noise, which is to be expected in a city, but not enough to be annoying or interrupt sleeping. The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and the pool was heated and very clean for being outside. Definitely will be staying here again.

One of the cleanest, updated, vacation town motels we’ve ever stayed at. All staff we had contact with were very welcoming & helpful. Our room was spotless as was the pool & all public areas. The mattresses were comfortable. The continental breakfast was standard fare with muffins, toaster items, yogurt etc. The outdoor grills were a plus, especially for guests on a budget. The motel supplied plates, silverware and all supplies needed for grilling including condiments such as ketchup, mustard etc. We also saw people using the grills to cook up eggs in the morning. The chairs in front of the units are not private but we had pleasant neighbors on both sides & enjoyed meeting new people while sitting outside. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Everything was fine...very clean, walking distance from town. Very pleasant staff. Beautiful pool!

we have been coming here every July for the past 10 years. We absolutely love it!

This property is truly lovely. We were able to sit in our room or on the patio and watch the ocean. It's quiet and comfortable and a short walk from the beach. However, it's not within walking distance of amenities which is it's only drawback. Despite that, we're already planning to go back!

The staff and the location of this property were both excellent. The restaurants could use updating and more menu options. For some reason the television service was terrible. Many options were offered, but few worked.
