"I got to the property after having booked a room at 10:20 p.m.. the doors were locked but there was a phone which I used. The person who answered seemed like they had been sleeping and said they would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. When I was finally allowed to enter after a full 10 minutes the first words out of her mouth were identification. No good evening nor hello. The next day I left early at 5:50 a.m. I tried to check out but the desk was still closed. There was a coffee maker but no cups...
