"Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff. It was strange and unhelpful that there were no instructions as to how to work the oven - it took staff time to work it out themselves. "

"We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. Meerkat safari was arranged for us, then we went to High gate Ostrich farm had a terrific guide Jonathon was so fun! And then Cango Caves were fantastic and finished this jam packed day at the Cango...

"The location above the shopping centre was surprisingly good! Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were amazing, especially Chris & Terry. Thank you for a wonderful stay, kids loved it."
