Budget Hotels in South Africa

"Very convenient and safe location for someone coming from outside South Africa. Unfortunately, Jo’burg has a bad reputation outside South Africa and City Lodge felt the natural choice for my stop over. I would recommend City Lodge to anyone flying into OR Tambo should they wish to stop in SA. Good service all round, excellent staff, good food, brilliant WIFI. Could do with upgrading the gym equipment."

"The Commodore has an Old World elegance. Our room was large enough (not spacious but generous) and it was immaculate. The staff members were lovely - helpful and personable. There is a very nice door/outdoor restaurant where the food was delicious and the service excellent. Location wise - it’s about a long city block to the V & A shopping area which offers anything you need in n a safe atmosphere. We enjoyed out stay very much. "
