"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

"We parked the car in the underground car park which was great, a bit tight but completely safe. Check in was friendly and helpful and our room (204 I think) had a balcony and views over the lake. The room was a good size with a desk to work at and a large bathroom with full sized towels! Breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a good variety of food and attentive staff. The hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the lakeside promenade. I would have rated the hotel 5...

"The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the mountains it had a real country feeling. Only problem we had was the temperature in the room was to warm and the hotel could not fix the problem."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "
