It doesn’t have the amenities of a big hotel but it had what we needed which is a great room with bonuses like a bunk bed for the kids and a washing machine, big windows and kitchen! The bedding was comfortable as well. "

"The property itself is excellent. Clean, you have a kitchen and laundry right in your room and the cost was very attractive. The main gripe is that we had forwarded our luggage from Hakuba and I was first informed that reception was not attended to for 2 hours, then I was informed it was 3 and when we got there, it was 4. I was worried that nobody would be there to receive our luggage. Our luggage did arrive and was locked in the reception are but we were not informed, hence we went 3 days...

"I’m a bit of a hotel snob and I can honestly say that this was one of my best accommodation experiences. We stayed in one of the larger apartments and it was perfect for my family of 4. The space felt clean and modern. The kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks. The electric pot was great for coffee and tea. The washing machine/dryer was super convenient and made it so we could do a few loads of clothes. It was in perfect walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera and multiple konbinis. The self...

Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff.
