"Första intrycket var bra med fin utsikt mot havet . Trevligt välkomnande i receptionen och dom var det hela vistelsen. Hotellet är slitet och det var ingen fräsch doft på rummet . Annars var utsikten fin från uteplatsen . Städningen var inte den bästa. Fläckar fanns kvar på golvet efter städning. Frukosten var perfekt . Tyckte inte att alltid att personalen var särskilt serviceinriktad."

"Jenny was lovely and helpful. Travis lacks people skills. He was arrogant and acted petulant after a discussion about a key disaster at the house. He would be preparing food and washing up at midnight with the kitchen right next to our bedroom, clanging crockery on the tiled bench, keeping me awake. Someone was slushing out the bathroom next to us at 10.30 at night when we were trying to sleep. The house was very hot. The bathroom was dank and smelt musty. It took 3 days fir things to dry...
