"We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay room was clean modern and spacious, the staff were all lovely a special mention to Aziz at reception for sorting out our late checkout and Sara in Bilu Bilu for her great service. The resort is a little run down and they are doing a lot of repairs at the moment, this did not affect our stay. "

"WIFI didn't work, tv didn't work. Kettle was broken and i was refused coffee because it was "too early" Morning and evening prayers were broadcast over loud speakers. Not a comfortable stay. People were great."

10/10 Excellent

"We were in and out of KL a couple times due to flights to other places and this is a fabulous airport hotel. (KL also great, but have explored before). An AMAZING breakfast of countless food varieties (pan Asian, Euro, American, etc). They do offer an indoor shuttle service via golf cart type rigs and even we, with small roller bags and being avid walkers, hopped on. It's a long ride.... All staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We'd stay again anytime. "
