"The good: located close to eateries and a train station. Nice staff. Bottles of water provided each day. The bad: leaking toilet, breakfast looked like it wasn't freshly made. The ugly: really run down room. Bathroom extractor didn't work and permanently open so lots of traffic noise and exacerbated masjid broadcasts. Screaming neighbouring guest (for hours) was not dealt with."

"There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. Only positive is that wifi worked well...

Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on...
