"Location was great, the property is clean and Grace was outstanding helping us check-in. I was going to relax during off hours and watch a bit of TV. The TV went off every 10 mins, which was extremely annoying. I almost burnt one of my kids bathing them; the water goes cold and extremely hot within seconds. Hard to control the temperature. "My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most. "
