"Great location with parking right outside. We arrived and left in deep fog and heavy rain but views would otherwise have been spectacular. Helpful, friendly staff. Old fashioned bedroom but a truly fab shower!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was all very lovely and very helpful. Please note that this hotel is located at the top of the mountain past multiple staircases. If you have large suitcases like us, make sure you call the hotel because they have a free shuttle that can pick you up from the bus stop in San Marino,"

"Nice hotel to stay in San Marino with no extra frills. About 4 min drive from the cable car that takes you to the top of the country. "

"The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this. "

"A mixed score on the staff. The lady on duty when we arrived and over the first night was wonderful, could not do enough. The lady on duty the following 24 hrs could not have been less interested. The property advertised having free bike hire but the receptionist claimed never to have heard of this and was dismissive "
