"The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you were good. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to the main area and restaurants. The only thing I don't recommend is their pizza they serve at the bar. They have pizza 24/7, and we order it for dinner because we’re too tired to go out and it was served ice cold. It seemed like it was a frozen pizza and they put it in the microwave for not long enough. So it didn’t taste good at all....

"Not the best location for a romantic getaway but definitely the most amazing Spa. Breakfast was very simple, the products were fresh. I didn’t like the a la carte food from the Parc restaurant, for all tourists to know that’s not how Romanian food should taste like and it’s very poor quality, please take a taxi and go anywhere else to eat or just order.
