"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"The housekeeping was really bad! The person in charge never pick up the garbage everyday. His job straightening the bed was very unprofessional. Never checked the lotion bottles to refill, never replenished the shower cap, the towels left on the floor (as what guess are supposed to do for new towels) were not picked up nor did we got a new ones. We have to call the front desk for this service. Your housekeeper needs more training."

"This was my second stay. I stayed for eight days over the Christmas holidays. The staff, service, restaurant, location, and price were all excellent and I will definitely stay here again. They had saved my information from my previous stay 6 months ago so check-in was fast and easy. On Christmas Eve I found a bag of chocolates, including a large foil-wrapped Santa Claus, at my door! What a lovely surprise!"

"Very good central location in Boppard at the river from near the central square and KD boat landing. There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). The breakfast is ok - same as in other similar hotels, maybe a little less selection. Friendly and helpful staff (Don’t forget to make special arrangements if arriving after 9pm) "
