"I booked online but nobody was expecting me. I had to shout and nock the door heavily until someone finally came to open. The guy did not expect me obviously - he showed me the room and told me a two times higher price than the one mentioned in the booking. The room was clean, but no bed sheet for the blanket. bathroom had no toiletpaper or soap and the toilet was leaking. Still a okayish deal, if you consider the size of the rooms (there is a kitchen, too) and the price. Surroundings are...

"They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "

"Understaffed both check in and checken out. To noise with late night music and screaming childen. Food was average at most. Paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. To pricey for all these issues."

"Not our first time and - God willing - will not be the last one. I can't express enough gratitude for the wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for our vacation. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the pool. Special thanks to Mr. Assem for arranging everything from day zero. The facilities are top-notch, with an array of delicious dining options and fun activities for everyone, especially the chef Mr. Samy and Mr. Mohamed Obama. The pool area was especially relaxing, and the animation team made our evenings delightful with their vibrant performances. Special thanks to Sam, Sarah, Mickey Mouse, Nemo, Harry Potter, and others.
