"This property is new and kept clean. The photos are beautiful. They provide great bedding and towels. There is good hot water, but water pressure is low. There is a great kitchen, but no cook wear or utensils which renders it useless. There is no heat or air conditioning. We visited in January and it gets very cold there in the winter. We brought a small heater, so we were comfortable enough, but without the heater we would have been warmer outside. I would stay there again, but I would travel...

The property is super clean and staff is always wiping down things or watering plants keeping up with the property. They staff was super busy keeping the place very nice daily. The staff is very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The location of the property is amazing. Very close to all the must see sights in puebla centro.
