"Stayed all over Sicily on this trip and the Ortega Palace was by far the best hotel experience. The room was superb (Junior Suite) and the hospitality service was fantastic. "Palazzo Artemide is an excellent hotel in a perfect location right next to the Piazza Minerva. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is great. It has the touch of a luxury hotel. Not easy to find by car, but they help you then with valet parking. Or you can park at the Palace Ortega Hotel for 24 hours and take a taxi to the hotel. Cost is similar. We enjoyed our two night stay in this great hotel and great town."

Reception staff are professional and kind, upgraded one of our two triple rooms but we had booked sea view rooms and we did not receive this, we let it slide without mentioning.
