Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, away from the pedestrian centre yet so close to it if you don't mind walking downhill and uphill. "I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend"

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....
