"Hotel is CLOSED. Hotels.com did not notify us of this. They keep trying to contact the hotel to issue us a refund, but they don’t seem to realize that the hotel is CLOSED and their number has been disconnected. There are other reviews on this and other sites that can back this up."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel and room. Only negative - there was no need to be encouraged to buy breakfast vouchers for a local restaurant. We bought too many and it would be better if they just advertised as breakfast not included. Or if they said the vouchers were to be used off site. I was under the impression that they were for use at the hotel and wasn't really given guidance on how many to buy. Otherwise this was our favourite hotel of the four we have stayed in on our tour of Italy."

"Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location from where you can explore Pisa and reach the train station by walk. Very good breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom due to size, especially the shower and the space between toilet and radiator, and the fluctuating hot water supply which seemed to vary when other rooms were using it. Overall though a very good place to stay."
