"Amazing location and staff! Its up out of the busy area and has a great view. Nice breakfast and outside areas to relax. Has its own bar even though we didnt drink there. The staff was so helpfull and check in was breeze. Only spent one night but next time we want to spend a week here! "

"The location is fantastic, a flat walk from the train station. Our balcony was a delightful addition as we enjoyed the views. Our only complaint was that breakfast didn't start until 8:30, which for us was too late as we love beating the crowds, so we often had breakfast at the cafe next door. There is a small grocery store close by as well. The hotel has a nice charm to it, nothing fancy but welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others."

"Ricardo and Michelle are the main reception staff and are super helpful, kind and supportive. One night we had difficulty getting a taxi ( for my husband’s birthday) and Michelle offered to drive us there. Which is above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is between Lerici main town and San Terenzo ( a lovely small town). We liked being able to reach both in about 15 minutes ( maximum) by walking. "Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. "
