"Charming hotel with excellent staff and service, plus a great restaurant for evening meals. The only small downside is that it is a couple of kms from the main tourist zone, but that is a short walk and they have frequent minibus transfers for guests"

"I stayed 2 nights here in January. Booked a private room.Solo travelling. The hostel has a good breakfast , a variety of hot a cold choices including cakes. Has a restaurant on site - handy after a long travelling day. Good value but limited choices. The communal area with kettle/ microwave/ fridge is so handy. Room and bathroom was clean.Fluffy towels, toiletries provided and daily room cleaning. There was a sauna, swimming pool , small gym but I can't comment on those as didn't use them....

"L'appartement est présenté avec 2 piscines. On les cherche encore. Aucune communication. Ameublement rudimentaire. Le clic clac HS. On pouvait compter les ressorts du lit ! Aucun produit de première nécessité comme le savon par exemple ou sac poubelle. Un seul papier toilette. La douche passait du brûlant au froid. La pomme de douche pleine de calcaire. Pas d'isolation"

"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Paris Hotel in central Florence

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff upon arriving were friendly and eager to help. The car parking was easy. Once you pull up they help with the luggage, you hand them your keys and they will park it for you. When leaving you tell them 30 minutes before and they will have the car out front ready for you. The all day tea and coffee is a nice accommodation. "

Couldn't ask for a better location

"Bernini Palace is an impeccably appointed hotel located two minutes from the Piazza del Signoria and the Bargello. In the nearby square are several cafes and on side streets nearby there some excellent restaurants. The hotel's staff is very helpful and always there to assist you. The breakfast room is stunning. I have only one negative: we booked a "classic room," the least expensive room in the hotel. For a five-star hotel, the room was small, not what you would expect in a hotel of this class. But, this did not take away from our experience, and the hotel is highly recommended."
