"A perfect location to old town, restaurants and transportation. Staff was friendly, helpful and called a taxi for us when needed. East check in and out. Enjoyed the relaxed feeling in lobby. Our room was large and we could open the windows for fresh air. "

"Very underwhelming service. Not able to change 2 weeks ahead of the stay date. I made booking on a wrong day via Expedia portal. The date defaulted on a portal two weeks ahead. I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel."
