"The room was so bad we did not stay. This hotel shows their top room in a photo and it is a scam as the room we were given was dark, small, with a low ceiling like a cell in a prison. No room for a desk, no jug, no tea making facility, dreadful stone steps to access, bathroom you could hardly turn around in. Decor non existent.We asked for the room in the photo provided with our booking or our money back. They offered us a room that was fairly comparable with a slightly higher ceiling! So depressing we left. The only positive was the very helpful staff member that helped us book an air bnb! We felt totally scammed by this very expensive experience.we complained to Hotels.com and received an apology. As we did not stay in this hotel and it was not as advertised this is of no help to us. "
