"This is a good hotel and staff are very attentive & helpful. I was particularly impressed with our room cleaner (Chamika) who every day surprised us with a beautiful towel sculpture left on the bed. He is really talented! I was, however, disappointed with the room lightin. You have to put every room light on during the evening (waste of electricity) and even then the rooom was not bright enough. It would be far more economical and practical to have a main ceiling light."

"This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. "
