"Probably one of the best located hotels in the centre of KK. Perfect views from the rear of the hotel. Good facilities but some of the furniture was a bit worn. Car parking was good but in a disused part of the complex."

Garbage left around for our three say stay in corridors and pool area and only half restaurants are open and those that are offer poor quality food. The breakfast utensils were on kleenex papers and the Chinese restaurant smelled like smoke with stained...

"Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "

"Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. Prefer to have manual swtches for practicality."
