Hotels with Spa in Panama

"In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. "The Hilton has not failed me yet! The hotel was excellent! The location is ideal, good resturants within the hotel as well as surrounding, the pool was nice (a little cold for my liking but a great area), and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the room was just a nice place to relax when inside. The water was not super hot but got the job done.
