"Fantastic location in an amazing suite of buildings. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious comfortable and warm rooms. Lovely breakfast and bar. The whole ambience was just relaxing. Bus stop right outside hotel for a cheap 25 min journey to Oxford centre."

"My kids and I stayed here for one night as a bit of research now that we’ve moved into the area, so we can see which hotels to suggest to friends. The building is very impressive but it’s a bit too old school for me, and could do to modernise a bit. The bar area is very small and situated near the front door. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the service was a little slow. We switched rooms because the heating wasn’t working properly, but this was all done very quickly and efficiently...
