This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.

Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest. Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

Very cozy hotel with easy access to the spas, walkable distance to restaurants in town and bus stops to other places of interest. Staffs were helpful. The room was comfortable with nice AC. Like the modern artsy decor!

The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back.

Good location to famous spa

Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun.

We have had the pleasure of staying here 3 times over the past few years. It’s a great location, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious.

Normally good condition and satisfied the location, near rail station.
