"Unfortunately, as beautiful and historic as this hotel is, our stay was a disappointment to our expectation. Maybe it was an off weekend for the staff, but for us, it was a memory we wish had been different. We were not a part of the overwhelming wedding that was booked the same weekend, so we were not greeted or acknowledged. "This place is great. Always clean and the staff is great. Beds are comfy. Love the soda and snack machines. Laundry on site. I stay here 3 to 4 times a month. They know me and my son by first name."
