"The room was just the right size. The hotel was basic, but sophisticated. They paid attention to detail, leaving a lovely hand written card for my birthday, and even upgrading my room. We had a pleasant visit. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear the people next door, but it didn't affect us!!! The parking lot across the street is convenient, and easily accessible."

"Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Very safe and clean. Hotel is on the corner of Bourbon and Canal, so common sense should "tell you" its a litte noisey at night until around 3 or 4 on the weekend. Ask staff to move u to a quieter side of the hotel, if available "

"Don’t stay in room 204 if you have vertigo. It’s an insanely crooked/unlevel room. Made my mother sicker than a dog by the 3rd day. The front staff was excellent, doormen & valets amazing. Not a rude or unhelpful person on the premises. Found some local dive bars close that we had a blast in. And the food in NOLA is the best. We had a room at the front of the hotel so we got some street noise but it wasn’t awful. I’m mean we were in New Orleans so…yeah, there’s going to be some noise. I would stay here again, just not in room 204. "
