"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"A estado todo correcto, precio calidad bien. Todo límpio, buenas vistas y buen desayuno. Para aparcar el coche un poco mal y no había horno como describía la reserva. Pero en definitiva, hemos estado bien. Gracias"

"Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra."
