Great property. One of our two rooms had good AC and the other did not. We were only there for two nights so it was OK. We opened the window at night to help cool the room. Everything else is great about the state, but it would’ve been nice if the second room would’ve had a that actually cooled the room

Our favorite stay of our trip. The front desk clerk, Tomas, was a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. Thank you! The hotel manager went out of his way every day to make sure everything was great. The room was nice and all the staff was super attentive. Great location and garage parking available. We hope to return soon!

Excellent hotel with very nice staff. The room was spatious with a very comfortable bed. Garage in the lower floor of the building. The breakfast was outstanding, great variety, excellent prepared and very tasty!

The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. Even refilled our coffee if necessary. Parking extra and in the underground. We would come again. Checking in and out is easy. A beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Staff is very nice and cordial

Nice hotel centrally located

The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

Rooms very tired and dirty

Hotel from receiotiijnkooks very nice, room was very old and could have done with a good clean, as was very dirty. Reception very slow, huge queue and only 1 person for check out. Don’t get excited by the Tesla destination, only the home slow charger and two of them, but as soon as you have a car in them they are there all night, was a nightmare trying to find someplace to charge. Stayed In a few hotels in Andorra, and this would be the last one I would stay in now.

The main problem was that Expedia overcharged us compering to the hotel's rate by almost 50 percent, moreover, for a facility which barely offered for what their charge was. To top it off, neither Expedia nor the hotel did anything to ameliorate this situation. No upgrade no courtesy service, nothing to compensate for the preposterous Expedia charge. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant but that did not help much!!!

El hotel al entrar es precioso, los trabajadores de la recepción genial, súper atentos y simpáticos, el buffet genial también, la única pega son las habitaciones, en nuestro caso la mampara estaba agrietada, parte de la bañera y alrededor estaba oxidado, en el suelo de parquet habían partes bufadas y levantadas, las ventanas por la mañana estaban llenas de agua de la humedad, pero por lo demas todo genial
