From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. It’s rare to see this level of hospitality, but here, everyone greets you with a smile and a “good morning.” The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient. Everything you need is within reach, with plenty of restaurants right across the street. It also feels very safe, making it a great option for families. If you're attending an event at the Orange County Convention Center, this is the perfect place to stay—super close and hassle-free. And the best part? Free parking! In an area where parking fees are the norm, this was a huge plus. No complaints at all—I highly recommend Avanti International Resort and would definitely stay here again! "

"Would be nice if parking was free. Sun in Pool area gets blocked by the north tower so it’s not ideal to spend the entire day by the pool, it gets cold bc the pool isn’t heated during the colder months. Great location though. "

"Beautiful hotel. Lots of dining options. Definitely pricey both for stay and food. But as expected for Disney. Pools were nice, though not as clean as we would have liked, lots of leaves/debris in water. Definitely worth it if spending time at hotels and pool. If you will be at parks every day may not be worth the price tag. . "

"This was a great stay, amenities are awesome, best rooms I've ever seen. The shuttle is very important and useful because the property is so large. I'd love to come back again. Only awkward part was the sales presentation. I think they only have one sales approach which must work on some people, but definitely not me. Actually, if they weren't as pushy and high-pressure about it, I might have actually considered the offer if there was more time to think it over. Not a dig at the sales person who gave the presentation, but more about me not being the ideal customer profile. Definitely something to consider if you opt in for the presentation."
