The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. Communal areas nice and breakfast good. "

"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."

"Check in took half an hour due to 1 over whelmed person on reception I was tenth in the queue in reception. Room was nothing special, the building is just a very large motel . Largr free parking that was almost fuĺl. Fre .built next to an old house."
