"The bathroom shower needs to be cleaned with a bleach cleaner & a grout brush. This should be done between guests NOT during daily cleaning. Also under bed vacuuming between guests. I dropped something & saw a lot of debris under the bed, even an old water bottle. Again I would not expect this with daily service, but should be done prior to new check ins. "The hotel was good but we encountered a few issues upon arrival. The room wasn’t ready, TV wasn’t working and air conditioning wasn’t working either but they were quickly resolved. Staff was good and helpful. All in all, good stay and good experience. "

"Good location atm before the apartment building is fully built which will block Darling Harbour view. Rooms comfortable but bathrooms had much wear and tear. Free water in lobby and a handy coffee bar if not wanting the full breakfast. "

"設備やサービス、お料理の味、全てが完璧でした。これだけのグレードのホテルなのにシャワールームのみでバスタブがないのは、日本人の私には意外だったかな。 4階にあるプールは最高のロケーションです。今回、ハーバー側のお部屋を取りましたが、現在ホテル前にレジデンスを建築中のようです。大きなクレーンが何本か立っていて景観的にちょっと残念でした。目前の建物が何階になるかで今後の景観が変わりそうです。"
