No smell of smoke inside the lobby and elevator. Gym is new and have excellent equipment. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Ms. Yang Hui, 杨慧，in particular, helped a family of four. She helped us on calling delivery, info on touring around the city as well as calling taxi. This hotel has the facilities as 5 star hotel but with very localized services. I would rather stay in this hotel than an international brand, "
