"I loved the fact how when you arrive you immediately are greeted by tight security. I like the safety that's established . Staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience was great especially at nighttime. Clean, well kept, and the lakefront views were nice. All 3 of the restaurants were good. Food was delicious! The room was very spacious and cleanly. I only wished they had a microwave inbthe room. Nonetheless, Iwould definitely stay here again. 9/10 !"

"We have just returned to the UK today after a 10 day stay at Pearlwot. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. All o the staff including the cleaners, security, reception and bar staff especially Austin, were very kind, professional and very polite. We felt safe at all times and our rooms were perfect. "I arrived at 5:45pm and my room was not ready. Really unacceptable since I had a function to go to that night. They did not give any explanation. Just kept on telling me they were getting the room ready. I had to wait 30 mins. "

" I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again."
