"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!"

"It is a beautiful and well equipped boutique hotel, large rooms, like being a guest at a mansion. Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). "A lovely little lodge with quaint, rustic decor but excellent amenities. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the heated pool was very nice. It's a little outside of the "touristy" village, but that's a bonus if you want some peace and quiet. They even prepared our breakfast a little earlier for us as we were hitting the road early."

However it is located next to route 40 and the road noise is very much present. The breakfast is minimal with semiluna, bread, jam , cookie and coffee grounds delivered to your room to make yourself.
