"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. "This is the second Van der Valk hotel we have stayed in. We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the Decibel Festival. The hotel is great, and the breakfast is worth the money. We had an evening meal, which was good value for money. We also used the swimming pool, which was nice. The hotel is not far from the central station, and I would advise using the bus service followed by a short walk through the park. I would recommend this hotel to others"

"Was a decent size family room but the hallways echoed every door opening and closing as well as conversation. No coffee etc although there was a kettle in the room. No elevator to top rooms and not convenient to get to room. Friendly staff"
