"Beautiful hotel with the best view. The check in was fast. The hotel has spa and dinning area. The breakfast is included and it’s amazing with many options. The hotel also has game room area with the billiard. The service can be hit or miss. Generally the staff is friendly but service can at times be slow because it gets busy during breakfast time. Overall we had a great stay and I would only recommend to stay at this hotel if you in the region. "

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. "The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional.
