"Two of us stayed one night, staff were friendly and rooms comfortable. Quite rural location with ample parking, they even locked our motorbikes in a garage for the night. "No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel."
